MarTech Specialist

London Drugs is looking for a MarTech Specialist to support day to day execution across our marketing technology platforms. This is a hands on role focused on CRM, CMS, automation, and owned digital channels, helping Marketing deliver seamless, data driven customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Execute and support campaigns across CRM, CMS, and owned channels (email, website, app, SMS, digital signage)
- Build, QA, and troubleshoot automated customer journeys, templates, and digital assets
- Write and maintain code for marketing assets (HTML, CSS; some JavaScript/JSON)
- Support personalization, journey logic, and platform configuration
- Assist with integrations, data flows, and third party marketing tools
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Analytics, designers, and vendors on execution and testing
- Maintain documentation, templates, and technical standards
- Stay current on MarTech tools, platform updates, and digital best practices
What You Bring
- Post secondary education in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, digital production, or marketing systems
- Hands on experience supporting email marketing and automated journeys
- Strong HTML and CSS skills; working knowledge of JavaScript and JSON
- Experience translating marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of digital standards such as CASL, GDPR, accessibility, SEO, and data privacy
- Experience in retail, loyalty, mobile app, or multi channel environments is an asset
Starting pay will fall within the salary range indicated and may vary based on job-related experience, knowledge, and education.
