Job Summary
As a MarTech and Loyalty Specialist, you’ll support the development and optimization of our digital platforms—including website, app, and owned technologies—to deliver seamless, customer-led experiences. You’ll play a key role in enhancing loyalty program communications, managing CRM journeys, and integrating marketing technologies across our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CMS templates across loyalty, pharmacy, and app platforms
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve customer journeys and digital engagement
- Conduct smoke tests and end-user reviews for website releases
- Execute loyalty program communications via email, app, and push notifications
- Manage CRM-driven campaigns and customer journeys using platforms like Microsoft D365
- Schedule, proof, and deploy digital assets across owned platforms
- Maintain documentation for wireframes, brand standards, and layouts
- Collaborate on tech stack integrations (owned and third-party)
- Advance email automation, triggers, and segmentation strategies
- Ensure secure migration and handling of personally identifiable information (PII)
- Stay current with web technologies including HTML5, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web production, digital marketing, or graphic design
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer journey execution
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Marketing (Customer Insights) preferred
- Familiarity with CASL, GDPR, and SEO best practices
- Portfolio showcasing past work or design materials
